He has in-depth understanding of Global Financial Markets, Commodities Trade and Currency Markets. Prior to co-founding Fortress, Upendra was part of the senior management responsible for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Businesses in reputed groups like Tata’s and Times of India.
Sushil Kaushik
A Chartered Accountant and British Chevening Scholar from London School of Economics, Sushil is a veteran financial industry professional with over 36 years of experience in Corporate and Infrastructure Finance. He has advised large number of Corporates in raising funds from national and international markets.. Prior to co-founding Fortress, Sushil spearheaded the Corporate Finance business for reputed groups like Tata’s and Times of India Group.

An Alumni of MIT-SLOAN School of Management and MBA in Finance from University of Mumbai, Kumar is one of the leading experts in Infrastructure Project Development Strategy and Financing. He has over 35 years of experience in Project Finance, Corporate and Project Advisory Services and is specialized Project Conceptualizations, Feasibility Studies, Project Structuring & Development Strategy, Institutional & Economic Development Studies among others. Kumar has extensively dealt with various Government Institutions and Bodies for Development and Financing of numerous Infrastructure Projects in India. Kumar is Co-founder of FORTRESS and has been part of reputed business groups like Tata’s, Times of India and Empire.

Ajay is a graduate in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee and Masters in Urban Planning from School of Planning, Delhi. He brings with him a wealth of experience of over 30 years in Planning and Infrastructure Consulting. He has held senior management positions in large and reputed organizations. He was also part of many important assignments with World Bank as Team leader.
Dr N.Srinivasa Reddy
Srinivasa Reddy is with more than 32 years of professional experience in the fields of Urban Transportation Planning & Urban Modelling, Highway Designing, Master Planning, Infrastructure Planning -Design & Execution including DPR preparation.Dr Reddy, has held senior management positions in reputed organizations and worked in India and Abroad on many large-scale Urban Infrastructure and Transportation projects funded by International Financial Institutions. Dr Reddy is a graduate in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal, Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from School of Planning, CEPT University Ahmedabad and Doctorate in Transportation Planning and Engineering from NIT Warangal. He also accomplished his Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Mumbai University. Dr Reddy’s other areas of expertise include, Traffic and Road Safety, Urban Mobility, Multi Modal Integration, Parking Management and Solutions, Airport Planning, Tolling Operations and O&M of TOT/BOT Road Projects, Training & Research and Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building.

A Civil Engineer and MBA from Mumbai University has over 16 years of experience in Integrated Infrastructure Development Consulting. Key areas of expertise include Business Development, Project Conceptualization, Techno-commercial study, Strategic Advisory, Detailed Project Report, Procurement and Program Management. He has managed large projects spread across Highways, Water and Waste Water, Brown field development of Urban are among others.
