Position: Construction Manager

Job Location: Thane
Reporting To: Project Manager / Business Head
Essential Qualification: Graduate in Engineering /Planning & master’s degree in construction management.
Experience: 10 to 12 years of diversified experience of construction of large-scale Infrastructure projects.
Profile:
- To lead and manage on site construction as per plans and Specification.
- Planning all activities and deliverables as per the time schedule
- To Prepare , execute, and monitor the resource plan and budget as per the requirements.
- To do Continuous follow up with Team regarding work progress by conducting review meetings
- Analyzing and managing risk in work execution w.r.to safety & quality
- Responsible for measurement of work done and assistance in periodical invoicing
- Maintaining and updating the relevant records and documentation
- To present monthly progress reports to reporting head
- To review and ensure compliance wherever required during the project cycle.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- Should have sound understanding handling onsite construction.
- Should be well versed with Auto Cad, Quantity Take Off.
- Should have the tenacity as well as maturity to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
- Should possess good analytical as well as presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
