Reporting To: Project Manager / Team Leader
Essential Qualification: Graduate in Engineering /Planning & Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience: 10 to 12 years of diversified experience of construction of large-scale Infrastructure projects.
Profile:
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Preparation, review of Quality Assurance Plan or PQP, Work Method Statement, Environment Management Plan etc.
- Preparing the schedule of testing, estimate and implementation.
- Involvement in set of laboratory, documentation, and accreditation (if required).
- Maintaining and updating the relevant records and documentation.
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance.
- Preparing periodic quality report.
- Establish and refine quality sign-off instructions, standards, and documentation.
- Preparing formats, checklists, and quality monitoring status reports.
- To review and ensure compliance wherever required during the project cycle.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- Should have sound understanding handling QA- QC work onsite.
- Should have the tenacity as well as maturity to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
